Alba WinesAI Sommelier

Your carta dei vini, alive in about five minutes.

Photograph your paper wine list. Alba turns it into a digital list your guests open right at the table, browse by the glass, and explore with an AI sommelier.

From paper to poured

Five minutes at the pass, and the list is live.

  1. 1

    Photograph

Snap your wine list with the Scanner app. Add the food menu too, if you like.

  2. 2

    Review

Alba reads every bottle. You confirm and adjust in plain words, not settings.

  3. 3

    Publish

One tap creates a public link and a QR code for the table.

  4. 4

    Pour

Guests scan, browse by red, white, rosé or sparkling, and ask for a pairing.

Built for the floor, not the lab

Hospitality first. The technology stays backstage.

Alba was shaped around wine service, not the other way around. It speaks the language of the room and keeps every decision in your hands.

The list is yours. Alba just helps it reach the table.

It speaks your languageI

Carta dei vini, regions, appellations, vintages. Never OCR jargon or import wizards.

Your list, your voiceII

Every entry stays editable, and the sommelier recommends only from your own cellar.

Nothing for guests to installIII

A link or a QR opens in any browser. No app to download, no account to create.

Italian and English, from the first pourIV

The guest experience meets the table in the language your guests already read.

The guest side

They ask the way they would ask a sommelier.

Guests can browse the full list, or simply talk. Alba answers only from your bottles, and pairs with the menu you scanned.

Good questions

What restaurateurs ask first.

Do we need new hardware?

No. Any phone with the Scanner app for setup, and any browser for your guests.

What about a wine the AI does not know?

Alba only serves your list. You add, edit or hide any bottle, and it recommends nothing you do not pour.

How long does setup really take?

About five minutes for a typical list. A very long list takes a little more.

Can guests read it in their own language?

Yes. The guest experience runs in Italian and English out of the box.

Who is behind Alba?

Alba Wines is published by FEELD SRL, based in Pinerolo (TO), Italy.
